  • Original MBL

  • Commercial Invoice (CIF)

  • ECTN

  • COO

  • Exemption docs ( to be provided by cnee upon cargo arrival) case of exempted cargo.

We need to receive the original documents, maximum 02 weeks before vessel arrival at POD.
The CO must be certified by the authorities responsible at POL.
Sometimes goods have to be inspected at the loading time: depending on the final usage of cargo, either Commercial or Project. If Commercial Cargo, COTECNA inspection must be done at POL before loading.
