Documents Requirement from Supplier and Consignee

  • It must be a legal company in México, with all requirements considering as mandatory for Mexican government

  • The Importer has to be register like an import company

  • Packing list

  • Commercial invoice

  • BL

**Mexican government has to charge as mandatory for all products or service provided in México a VAT of 16% of its value, for example if the cost is 100 USD you have to add VAT of 16% = 116 USD is the cost that you have to paid to ATLAS
**So even if you are an international company here in México ATLAS have to paid this VAT to the government
