Nel mese di Dicembre sono state effettuate molte spedizioni di carichi fuori sagoma ed extra peso per diverse località indiane sia attraverso i porti del nord ovest quali Nava Sheva, Mundra che del Golfo del Bengala come Calcutta, Haldia e più a sud Chennai.
Seppur in misura più contenuta, ma sempre importante, le spedizioni hanno riguardato anche le import dall’India in un quadro di interscambio commerciale con il ns paese.
Circa 1000 cbm di motorgrader, macchine movimento terra e accessori sono stati spediti a ns cura da vari punti in Uzbekistan e distribuiti in Egitto, Sudan, Botswana, Tanzania.
Abbiamo trasferito un impianto destinato alle piattaforme offshore al largo della Guinea Equatoriale.
In termini di volumi si tratta di quasi 2000 cbm che includono pezzi fuori sagoma ed extra pesi.
Tutta la logistica è stata curata dalla ns azienda che ha provveduto a ritirare i materiali sia in Italia che all’estero.
Seguito accordi locali organizziamo trasporti dai paesi dell’Asia Centrale verso tutte le destinazioni africane. Diversi sono i porti d’imbarco secondo le esigenze dei clienti per dette destinazioni. Gli aspetti contrattuali rispondono alle normative europee alle quali facciamo rigorosamente riferimento, incluso le responsabilità vettoriali.
Per risolvere gli enormi problemi di congestionamento dei porti del Sud Est, è stato pianificato un servizio insieme ai ns partner locali, per
raggiungere i porti del Nord Ovest attraverso il sub continente indiano. Le prime spedizioni sono partite la settimana scorsa e preso imbarco
Il transit time per l’Italia totale sarà meno di 30 gg contro un tempo ad oggi indefinito per gli imbarchi da Chennai, Tuticorin.

ACID (Advanced Cargo Information Declaration) for cargo to Egyptian ports
Pursuant to the Custom Law 207/2020, please be informed that the Ministry of Finance issued a new Decree. (no. 38), for which becomes mandatory to indicate the shipments identity number (ACI number) for all cargo destined to Egypt.
The ACID system has been implemented with the aim to make available to the Egyptian Customs the shipments details before departure from the country of origin.
The code shall be requested from the receiver and notified to the shipper who’s obliged to report it on all documents covering the shipment, included bls and cargo manifests .
In the absence of such indication or in case of wrong code, or in case the data does not match with what stated from the receiver to the Customs, the goods in subject won’t be discharged and the Shipping Company will be obliged to return it to the pol.
The Shipping Company reserves the right not to ship the goods in absence of the ACID code, and to retain the client responsible for all costs accrued from a possible rejection of the shipment from the Egyptian Customs, due to missing or wrong declaration.
Hence, as from 01/04/21 a trial period of application will start, and then as from 01/07/21 the ACI number indication will become compulsory .
